Return and Exchange

At CarromdaMarc0 we want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you would like to return or exchange an item, here's how we do it:

Return:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and with intact packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

Exchange:

Exchanges are available within 30 days provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can send you a replacement. However, you will still be responsible for return shipping costs.

How can I initiate a return or exchange?

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
